Dede was very helpful in that she not only helped us purchase a new home from contract to construction, but she also advised us on how to prepare to sell of our previous home to get top dollar. We became aware of Dede through our daughter who purchased a new home using Dede's services. Our daughter was also satisfied with her professional advice and services in purchasing her new home. Dede was especially helpful in assisting us in dealing with the builder of our new home. I would recommend her to anyone who is purchasing or selling a home.

Dede was amazing to work with during the process of selling my home. This was my first experience selling and she walked me through each step. Dede is very professional and wonderful to work with. She went over every offer that I had and helped me make the best decision for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her again!

Our experience with David and Dede Markle was absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and ability to get their client exactly what they are looking for is unmatched by anyone. David and Dede went above and beyond the call of duty as agents for our family and we truly appreciate them. No question was too silly and no request was too big for them and we could not imagine using anyone else. We honestly thought our house would never sell due to the location of the house, but they sold our home in a month and got our complete asking price. We were shocked! When purchasing our new home, David and Dede knew the right questions to ask and the things to ask for. I honestly feel they knew what we wanted out of our new home more than we did. Everything was perfectly handled and I am quite sure they handled all the little kinks without us even having to lift a finger. They are a true match when it comes to their qualities in agents which in turn makes the complete package. We highly recommend anyone and everyone to use David and Dede and know they will not be disappointed.

We felt like David and Dede were very knowledgeable and on top of it! From the first phone call to the closing, we felt comfortable throughout the entire process! We found our forever home thanks to them and couldn't be happier. We strongly recommend them!
