From the beginning of our house-hunting journey, Deedee was patient, thoughtful, and thorough with our requests for showings. Deedee answered any questions we had to the best of her knowledge, and if she didn’t have the answer, she did not hesitate to reach out to the appropriate party. From sharing listings, offering moral support, countless showings, and answering seemingly the never-ending questions we had, Deedee truly went above and beyond. The information she brought to each showing was extremely insightful and plentiful. She brings a positive attitude and bright outlook to every potential house she shows you. It was a joy and pleasure to work with Deedee. We wholeheartedly recommend and trust her to be the only realtor we need in the Birmingham area.

Deedee Martini did a great job for my sister and I! She is a very sweet, very likable person, who was exceptionally attentive to us. Deedee is a smart, knowledgeable agent. She was exceptionally attentive, and timely in her interactions with us. She gave us excellent advice, and was instrumental in getting us an offer $10k above our asking price. She encouraged us to seek higher counter offers when we were ready to settle for our first offer, which as asking price. I highly recommend that buyers and sellers use Deedee as their agent!

Deedee was incredible. Her responsiveness, recommendations on how to move forward as information came in, and overall attentiveness to entire situation was superb. She helped me sell a property that caused a lot of headache, and was able to do it so smoothly. Don’t look past Deedee if you need the most reliable realtor in Birmingham.

As a first time home buyer, it is so easy to feel completely overwhelmed with the purchase process. There's so many moving parts and you need a realtor who doesn't just go through the motions. You need Deedee!! I was looking for a home when the market was moving so fast and Deedee was so encouraging and helped me not to give up! Her expertise and knowledge of the market is unmatched, and she is literally one of the kindest people I've ever met! Deedee truly goes above and beyond and made me feel as if I was her only client at a time when the market was booming! She is so heart-centered and serving and I am so thankful that she was with me every step of the way. There's no way that I would have made it through the purchase process without Deedee! If you are searching for a realtor who will look after you and truly cares about getting you in your dream home, then you've got to work with Deedee!!
