When I decided to downsize, Erika helped me sell my home and buy another smaller one. Her real estate knowledge, professionalism, communication, and the resources she provided were extraordinary. Erica did a very good job working with us considering that for much of the time we were working remotely. Over several visits and showings we had arranged, she was able to learn our likes and dislikes eventually leading to a successful identification and purchase of a home. Her analysis and negotiations enabled us get the home we were looking for at a very fair price. The transactional process went extremely well and she was able to help us find an excellent home inspector leading to a successful closing.
