When Stephanie Regime was our listing agent for selling our home located in poinciana,Florida 34759,she couldn’t list our home correctly,many informations of our home were wrong,I had to message her many times to correct the listing,the photos her photographer took were not good too,I texted her to ask we could pay the photographer to retake photos,she refused.she didn’t reply to our messages most of time like she disappeared.so even our home were listed as cheapest one in the community and it was on the market for 2 months,she couldn’t sell it.

They are horrible,our home was listed by them for almost one month,only one showing and no offer,they continued to tell us to cut price to lowest in community,that’s the only way they could sell our home,in the advertising docs they gave us,it says they want to get you top dollar for your property. Actually it’s totally different from their docs.they just want to sell it fast at a lowest price in the community and get commission asap.
