My friend/co-worker said she knew the best realtor in the area and recommended Destry after hiring him 20 years ago as her buying agent. I wondered how she vividly remembered his services? Well, fast forward to last January when my husband and I listed and sold our house with Destry and I now totally understand where she was coming from. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Destry is "off the charts" unbelievable in every way possible! - He possesses a calm, friendly, reassuring, professional demeanor - not pushy nor a push-over. - His knowledge and experience came into play throughout the sale of our house, especially when a couple minor issues came up during escrow. Destry knew exactly what to do and immediately took action - He is easy to contact and immediately returns messages - Somehow he remains humble and approachable through his success - His assistant, Samantha and recommended professional photographer, contractor, roofer, are la crème of the crop - second to none Cons: - absolutely none As a side note, I attended a retirement party and found out three additional co-workers hired Destry as their buying and/or selling agent. We shared nothing but positive experiences! Thank you Destry :)

To Whom It May Concern, We have owned and leased our Redhawk Association, Temecula, California single family home since 2005. We decided to sell our home. Since we live in Downtown San Diego, we were in a bit off a quandary on identifying a Temecula-area real estate agent. My wife and I were recently introduced to Destry through a friend/associate of 15+ years. We are at the VERY early stages of selling our home, but the professionalism Destry has exhibited, has been 2nd to none. We feel that comfortable with him, that we do not even think it is necessary to meet with him face-to-face. Destry and his team were indispensable throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, understanding of our circumstances, and such a pleasure to interact with. This is the second time we have used Destry for a buy and sell transaction. Although the normal issue occurred during the process, Destry was able to handle most of them without getting us involved. Which was a huge help as we were already dealing with so much. He knows exactly what needed to be done is every situation at occurred. He went above and beyond for us both times. I will never use any other agent again. I feel completely confident in all the decisions he made during the buying and selling process.

Destry Johnson was the best real estate agents we have ever worked with. He sold our home and helped us purchase a new home. He took care of every detail including helping us through the inspection process. It was the easier real estate experience we've ever gone through. We highly recommend his extensive experience and customer service.
