Diana is an incredibly gifted realtor and worth her weight in gold. We selected her as our realtor because she is an old friend. We had known she was a great person, but we really found out what a great professional she is. Her advice to us on our asking price was spot-on, thanks to her extensive knowledge about our local area and her understanding of the market. We received an offer in a timely way, and Diana helped us to navigate through all of the negotiations, even when there were some surprises along the way. Diana was very communicative to us about every step in the process, and worked conscientiously with the buyer's agent to reach terms that were mutually acceptable. Absolute highest quality of service from start to finish: skilled, efficient, great communication, professional with keen insights and helpful recommendations are the immediate thoughts that come to mind. Moreover, we felt like Diana was a kind person who truly cared about our experience and our needs, constantly going above/ beyond to take care of the smallest details and staying ahead of the steps needed to make a home purchase.
