Diane Jackson is one of the best agents out there! HANDS DOWN! When we knew we were going to be listing our house within a year or two, we contacted Diane to ask her opinion on worth-while updates for us to do that would help us when it came to listing our house. We talked paint colors, carpet selection, small DIY projects that really helped give our house a facelift and gave us a good bang for our buck. Then, when we were getting closer to listing, Diane came to our house and gave us a 100% honest report of what we needed to do for our house to be listing and show-ready. We did what we were told and BOOM! We had 7 offers within 36 hours! In addition to helping us sell our house, Diane helped up find our perfect forever home. She helped us with the negotiation process and made sure our closings went smoothly. Diane is knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, and dedicated. We just closed on our home of 28 years to downsize and move away . It was a very emotional experience and I’m so happy we had Diane supporting us every step of the way . She is a FULL TIME Realtor . This is her career and she is very good at it . She walked us through every stage and we were informed and ready . Our listing was very well done and her attention to detail was appreciated . Diane is the most amazing real estate agent I have ever come across. I have referred her to at least 11 others since 2014 and each of them continue to refer. Hands down best experience!

Diane is the definition of a real estate professional. During our selling process, her knowledge of the local area proved invaluable in providing a spot-on assessment of the house. We had work to do to get the house ready to sell. Not being in the local area, Diane took the reins to find the right contractors to get the improvements completed quickly. She kept us informed of the status every step of the way and made sure we got the best value for the work. Diane’s insight and opinion, based on her experience in the market, allowed us to make tough decisions easy. She truly cares about her client! I recommend her to any and all that are moving to the Dayton area!

Diane was great! She was very understanding of my situation, was very accessible and knowledgeable, and was fun to work with! I'd use her again without hesitation.
