I was so fortunate to have found Prabhjot. After living in the bay area for a few years, we were looking to buy a bigger house in Tracy/Manteca/Lathrop area. Prabhjot helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from bay area to look at homes over weeks and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers for overpriced homes. The market last year was very competitive and despite of that we were able to get our offer accepted quickly because of PJs smooth communication with the sellers. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Prabhjot was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Working with Diego was seemless and awesome! I had such a wonderful experience and would work with him again in a heart beat. He was very easy to work with and I received all the information I needed to make an informed decision. His team, Selena and Dreshon were such a pleasure to work with as well. They both were very responsive every step of the way and were very easy to work with.

I am a lifelong, age 50+ San Francisco renter who was finally able to buy my first home with the help of friends, in what turned out to be an unconventional financing arrangement that involved Dreshon in numerous late-night international texts and phone calls. Buying a home in the Bay Area (in this case, Oakland), is a stressful and competitive process under any circumstances these days, and for a first-time home buyer could have been overwhelming. But not with Dreshon at the helm. I now live in the perfect home in a beautiful and warmly welcoming neighborhood, thanks to Dreshon's expert guidance and advocacy. Dreshon was such a big help when it came to selling a property my wife and I inherited. It was in bad shape but Dreshon walk us through it and keep the whole process very easy for us, especially cause we don’t live in the area either. Found a buyer right away and closing was a breeze. He answered all the questions we had very quickly and prompted. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell a home!

I got Diego's number from a friend and called him. My house was in escrow before it was even listed on the open market. Diego seemed to be knowledgeable in the area my house was located and gave me suggestions on things to do to make it more appealing
