From the first day we decided to start the home buying process Leonard kept our wants needs at the top of the list. The biggest thing we appreciated was how he kept our best interest at heart. This is our first purchase and we didn't understand every aspect of the process, and he completely filled those gaps for us and put us at ease. He negotiated items we didn't know to even ask about and ended up getting us a beautiful first home that came on well under budget and is absolutely gorgeous We could not thank him enough and we will be recommending his service to all of our friends, family and anyone else who needs a Realtor!!

Dominai & Associates are the second realtor I had in a search for my new home. From my first meeting with Vanessa Patterson I knew she could help me find the right place. She was very patient as we worked through a long list of candidates. I found a house and we made an offer, she is a very good negotiator, unfortunately the deal fell through due to the seller not being transparent. Found another and we made an offer, once the sellers accepted, the real team work of Dominai & Associates when into high gear. There are many people behind the scenes that help coordinate and communicate a many things throughout the process. I will recommend Vanessa and Dominai & Associates to everyone.

We have sold two homes and bought two homes through Dominai & Associates now and we cant say enough wonderful things about them. They are easy to work with, very personable, efficient and hard working. They take care of everything and are with you every step of the way. We love them and will never use anyone else.
