Donald exceeded all expectations, and I was thoroughly impressed with his services as he assisted me with the sale of an inherited, family home. He consistently demonstrated that he was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and ethical in all his dealings and his strategic approach and excellent negotiating skills helped to secure multiple offers that were significantly above the listing price and included very favorable terms. Throughout the entire process, he was always available to answer questions, provide advice, give status updates, and provide guidance on the next steps. As a first-time home seller, I had serious reservations about being involved in a real estate sales transaction. However, Donald proved to be an expert trail guide through what was, for me, unfamiliar and potentially challenging new territory. I am extremely satisfied with the process and the results of the transaction. Donald La did an excellent job listing and selling my rental house property. Not every property has the same set of circumstances; some realtors are "formula" handlers and are not capable of analyzing different types of conditions for the best way to market them. Don was able to be flexible and intuitive about what was appropriate for the sale. His process was unflawed and resulted in as good an outcome as I could hope for. It was done professionally, and efficiently, taking only the time necessary to make sure that the offer was as good as we were likely to get. He gave good advice, listened to what I had to offer, and we had a successful result.

Living in the Silicon Valley area, North CA, and from there, remotely, I helped my advanced aged and handicapped sister, living in an assisted living facility in Orange County, to sell her property, in County of Los Angeles, at the time the housing market did not favor sellers. However, with Donald's professional assistance and guidance, we could sell the property within a reasonable time frame at a fair price. What I value the most in Donald is his honesty and no nonsense in helping me strategize the effective sell.
