Donald Toscano was very helpful to us in finding a new home to buy and live in. He is knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide useful feedback on the properties that we viewed. We actually changed our minds on the day we were putting an offer in on one property to a different property, and he had the new offer paperwork ready to go in a few hours.

Chuck and I (Mochamer) have only high praises for our buying and selling experiences with Don Toscano years ago when we first bought our home in Caroga Lake, NY and when we recently sold our home in Caroga Lake, NY. Don made every step along this process easy, explaining in detail every detail we needed to know as well as had a right to be made aware of. He was very professional but made you feel more like a family member by the way he took care of all the needs he felt were his responsibility as your realtor and selling agent. He made you feel safe and secure your back was covered. With Don taking such good care of all our needs, we felt very confident and relaxed. Don found a buyer and got an offer within an extremely short amount of time ! To say we are very happy with the service Don Toscano provided us both times would and is an under-statement. We were so lucky to end up with Don representing us as buyers for our new home! We discussed before going to our first showing that we weren't going to commit to the first realtor we met... Well then we met Don! Our personalities clicked with his right away. We really appreciated that he was willing to take a step back while we viewed homes and then provide input when and where we asked (which we did often). It took us a number of tries to find the right home for us, and Don was patient and kind through it all. While other parties of the closing were slow to respond or held up the process, Don always kept us in the know and on top of what step in the process we were in. His knowledge, attitude, and commitment to finding us the right home were exceptional.

To be honest, we had an agent in mind and were leaning towards this other agent. My wife tried to find his phone number and mistakenly signed my email up on realtor.com. Don and a couple other agents called, and I decided what the heck we might just as well talk to them. We met Donald that evening and if we weren't already committed to talking to others, I would have gone with him immediately. We did meet with other agents and my wife and I agreed that we liked what Donald had said, offered, advised, and his personality just clicked. I suspect that he has no problem communicating with anyone, a very charismatic man. So, we set it up with him to sell our home. In three days, we got a great offer, in four days we got an even better offer and we were in contract with a buyer. There were plenty of questions, Donald had all the answers. He was updating us regularly and we never had to call him for anything. I knew he was on top of everything and easily kept us informed. When there was a pause in the process, he even called to assure us that everything was progressing normally. Well now that it is over, looking back at the entire experience I can only imagine what it would have been like with someone other than Donald. I have heard stories about being neglected, a lot of time passing between the time of signing the agreement and getting the entire process started. That was not the case here, we said go, he took pictures that day, he processed them and produced the web presentation that night and had it up and running immediately. Like I said only a few showings and multiple offers. Donald is the realtor I would not hesitate to use. He is the very best person to sell your home.

Don was incredibly helpful, supportive, and communicative during our buying process. He was knowledgeable about the process and his role as an agent. I found him to be incredibly honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend using Don to anyone looking to buy or sell.
