Searched in various areas in different states for our "retirement home" and worked with various realtors through that process. After deciding on Foley we found Donna Fitts, and working with her was a blessing. She is not only a pleasure to deal with, she is THE BEST BY FAR...and in EVERY way. We were not looking for a million dollar home, like some of the clients Donna has worked with, but she treated us with as much respect and put forth as much effort on our behalf as if we actually were a million dollar client. Friendly, helpful, willing and certainly knowledgeable. Donna works for you because she CARES about you as a client....and the income she earns is justly deserved. Donna was one of the best realtors I have dealt with. From the very first contact to the closing, Donna put fourth what being a Realtoe is about. This was an out of state transaction for us and Donna Fitts pretty much just helped us out when we couldn’t be there. Would highly recommend Donna for your Real Estate needs.

Donna is a great negotiator who will do anything possible to make a deal, and get your home sold. She has helped us sell two homes in the Birmingham area. Both deals had demanding time frames. She made it work somehow and got both homes sold before the deadlines we gave her.

Donna returns phone calls promptly, is honest even if it is not what you want to hear, helped with every detail including organizing an estate sale for me. In short, I can not imagine a better agent. OH ... she sold and got my money in weeks not months.
