We can’t thank Dontay enough for helping us find our perfect first home. Buying a house, especially for the first time, is scary and so nerve racking. But Dontay helped us with ease. Dontay was wonderful! He showed us houses we asked for as well as looked for other homes that met our needs. He always answered us promptly and was accessible whenever we needed. When it came time to purchase he was very organized and always kept us in the loop and navigated smoothly through some last minute hiccups with the home. The home inspector he likes to use as well as the title company he partners with were both so helpful and accessible whenever we had questions as well. Genuinely nice guy and so helpful for us as first time home buyers. We highly recommend using Dontay for your house hunting needs!

Dontay did an amazing job helping us find our dream home in a tough real estate market. His advice on writing a strong offer was spot on, and our offer was accepted on the very first house we offered on. He also did an amazing job listing our home. He worked with us on staging it to look its best and put together a great listing that got us multiple strong offers to choose from. Throughout the buying and selling process, he has consistently been accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had. Dontay is the perfect realtor for a first time home owner, very easy to talk with. He made my experience pleasant and easy going. He answered all my questions and paid attention to what I wanted in a home. He helped me out with the entire process all the way to the closing.
