Amy was our primary Realtor and her partner Doreen assisted as they work as a team. Amy was a perfect match for our needs and knows her craft well. In evaluating our property, she listed it at a price we all agreed would be right for a fast sale. After the second showing we had a close to full price offer and all cash. As the escrow continued, small issues arose, and she handled all professionally and quickly. I have met many realtors in my time from other transactions. Amy is by far the best we have ever worked with and again, she has mastered her craft in this market. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a true professional. Doreen Drew demonstrated impressive market knowledge and expertise while listing our home for sale during the Covid Pandemic. Under the circumstances, we relied completely on her experience to determine the appropriate sale price for the home. Her recommendation turned out to be amazingly accurate. We were offered very close to asking within 10 days of her listing the home. The level of skill required to achieve that was, in a word, masterful. She utilized all available marketing tools; standard as well as 360 degree photography, on and off-line media and promotion, multiple channels and promotional venues - providing daily metrics and analytics to us as she analyzed their performance with her team.
