We questioned the wisdom of putting our house on the market at a time when interest rates were soaring and housing inventory was on the rise, which translated to lots of competition from newer homes coming onto the market. After some soul searching, we decided to move ahead and so began our search for the very best real estate agent we could find. We were looking for one who was experienced, whose breadth and depth of knowledge of the area, the market and also of the real estate rules and regulations was extensive. One who would help us stage and make upgrades to our home to show it in its very best light and who would go that extra mile to market it. One who would remain calm each time there were hiccups, (and there were some), and patiently talk us down off the ledge. One who inspires trust, confidence in her abilities, a true professional who knows how to get the job done and done right. We wanted someone who would advocate for us every step of the way. After combing through countless bios and reviews, we came across Dorothy Krupa. That was it! We knew we had found our perfect agent. AND SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. She is the proverbial “one in a million.” She far exceeded all our expectations with her professionalism, friendliness, compassion and hard work. She was so easy and so pleasant to work with and all her advice was spot on. We wondered if she every slept because she was so responsive at nearly any time day or night! She was always available. AND her attention to detail was remarkable. The pictures she arranged to have taken of our home for marketing, and video, truly showed it in its very best light. Very professionally done. Okay, I’m gushing, but with good reason. If you’re thinking about putting your house on the market and you’re pondering who will do the best job for you, look no further. Seriously. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Dorothy performance as our realator. Exceptional experience, knowledge and customer service and greatly helped us navigate the confusing worlds of real estate and housing financing matters. Dorothy patiently worked with us as well as the builder to ultimately secure a great house for us. We felt she definable had our best interest in mind during the entire process. Dorothy is absolutely amazing!! She was there for us when we bought our home and when we sold it! We knew there would be no other Realtor to turn to besides her! It was the first time selling our home and we were definitely nervous. Thankfully Dorothy was there to guide us and keep our worries at bay.
