Dorothy WILL sell your house in a short time. She start with meeting the client and presenting her strategy (which does not include open houses; she is respectful of her clients' time and only schedules showings by appointment with pre-qualified buyers). She follows up with some staging and then stays focused on negotiating the offers for the greatest benefit of her clients. She is not only a skilled negotiator and deal-closer, but also very personable. You do feel like you are working together on the same goal with a knowledgeable friend. What more can you ask for in a Real Estate agent?

Dorothy is excellent to work with! I needed her help on several occasions, both buying and selling. She never ceases to amaze me, my last sale, she had me under contract in less than 24 hours! My previous sale before that, we were under contract in little over a week. On top of that, she is a shrewd negotiator, she's always gotten my asking price. Overall; she is very knowledgeable, dependable and accessible. I highly recommend her services, she truly is a remarkable woman.

Dorothy is amazing at what she does! What distinguishes her from other realtors is that she cares about the person or family she's working with. She puts her heart and soul into helping people find/sell their home. I have used Dorothy as my realtor several times; for the purchase of two homes and sale of one. Finding what we wanted in our price range each time was very important to us. I felt it was important to her as well. Her knowledge of the real estate market and knowing what people are looking for when buying a home was amazing. An added bonus is her staging capabilities! She has such a creative eye and knows exactly what people are looking for when buying a home. She was great at negotiating both the sale and purchase of our homes. If we ever look to sell in the future, I would only use Dorothy as my realtor! She is the best!

Dedicated, great intuition, expert knowledge, approachable, works dilligently, kind-hearted, and accommodating to our needs, always! We loved having Dorothy in our corner during all of our work together. She’s the most kind hearted woman and incredibly approachable. We had three listing and three purchases in the past six years with her, and I cannot emphasize how in awe we are with her understanding of what attracts buyers for foot traffic, interest, and quick sales. Our first two homes went under contract within the first 1 to 2 weeks of listing, and our last home within 36 hours!! We made great profit due to her guidance, and anything she recommended or stated always came to fruition. The process for purchases was smooth sailing, and her negotiating always worked in our favor. It’s truly remarkable; her knowledge in all aspects of real estate, and her heart and dedication, and her ability to just know what one wants. She was always available when we had questions, with advice which was geared to work in our best interest. Truly the best broker to work with, hands down.
