Doug helped us purchase an unlisted lot in a challenging market and eventually sell it for a nice profit. And then purchase a new 2nd home. Attentive, caring, trustworthy, and knows his stuff. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Doug through both our selling and buying experiences. He didn't cut corners when selling our home and used all the resources available to him to ensure the home was accurately and professionally listed. During both buying and selling he took the time to make sure we understood all the documents we received and submitted, often times explaining them line by line. Doug also worked with us to evaluate the pros and cons of the homes we were interested in as well as the types of offers we could make and the types of financing available to us. Doug took his time to find a home that met our needs but was also within our budget, never showing us a home over our top end. His availability was second to none through the whole process and he provided almost instant updates when new information was received. In the end Doug helped us find a home we absolutely love! We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate!

Doug worked with us for over a YEAR before we purchased! We did a lot of shopping to understand the current prices/size/amenity balance. We compared 55+ communities in Kuna to 55+ communities and single-family homes in Eagle, Star, Middleton, and Meridian. He took videos of homes-in-progress & their locations on days we weren't available for tours. We finally purchased a home that is exactly what we needed. Can't thank him enough!

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the support Doug provided us over the past several months while he helped locate the perfect piece of property. He is friendly, responsive, always accessible, and very knowledgeable. When we ran into a couple of local details he didn't already know, he immediately rolled up his sleeves and found the answers while clearly communicating his progress. During the offer and negotiation process, he always had our best interests in mind and put our needs first. He was always supportive and never pushy. It is clear to us that he values the relationships with the people he is working with over trying to cut some short-term deal.
