My family and I had the pleasure of working with Andrea as our realtor, and we cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, expertise, and dedication. From the moment my family and I started working together, Andrea was attentive and took the time to understand my family and I needs and preferences. She was patient with all our questions ( no matter how many ) and concerns and always provided clear, honest answers. Andrea was incredibly responsive, answering calls, texts, and emails promptly, and guided my wife and I through every step of the process. What stood out the most was how genuinely caring and patient Andrea was throughout the entire process, especially during the strike that occurred for me while on the market for a house. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, helpful, friendly, kind, and patient. While finding an agent that has a few of these qualities would have proved to be a good home buying experience, finding Andrea, who has ALL of these qualities, made our home purchase super easy and a great experience. She constantly kept us informed of the progress of the purchase, represented our best interests, answered all of our questions, and worked professionally and friendly with the sellers' agent. At no point during the home buying experience did we feel stressed due to Andrea's management of the process. We cannot recommend Andrea highly enough for future home sellers and buyers. As a first time home buyer Andrea and her team were extremely helpful and supportive. We were looking for a home in the McCormick Woods community and were able to secure our home quickly and with all of our ask's met. She has a ton of knowledge of the area and has been incredibly helpful during our move. We appreciate all of her hard work and will recommend her to our friends!

Kevin was, in a word, amazing. I used him for both buying and selling my house a few years later. He helped negotiate my VA home loan during the height of the seller's market in 2021, had points of contacts for mortgage companies and was always available for texts/calls whenever something came up. When selling my home in 2024 using a VA assumption, he was able to get everything scheduled, coordinated, and on time, which led to an offer being placed on the house within 36 hours of listing for a profit. I can't recommend him enough, he's professional and knowledgeable and if I only wish I could have kept him moving across the country! 5 stars across the board.
