Having known Drew for nearly 20 years, it was an easy choice to ask for his help when we decided to list our home in Lincoln. To say that Drew carried us through the home buying and selling process is an understatement. We would not be in our new home without him! From first contact until moving day and even beyond, Drew was by our side. He was very responsive to all of our questions, both about buying and selling. He gave helpful advice, kept us in the loop regarding showings/feedback, and went above and beyond to help us through the process. What realtor will come help you load items into a debris box or weed eat to improve your curb appeal? Drew will! The One Nest flat fee is extremely reasonable, and they even provide extras such as a professional deep clean of the home you're selling and professional photos that look fabulous. Another thing we have really appreciated about Drew is his knowledge of local, reputable companies that have helped us with various home repairs and maintenance. His recommendations have saved me many hours of reading Google reviews and hoping for the best. We are planning to enjoy our new home for many years to come, but if anyone I know asks for a recommended realtor, I will enthusiastically and whole-heatedly recommend Drew and One Nest Real Estate.

Working with Drew was complete perfection. His stager was key for us getting top dollar. The cleaners were excellent. The organization was flawless. Drew was responsive and worked the deal like a pro. He stayed engaged until the end, and kept us updated. His advice was flawless. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and highly recommend him!

We used Drew Bartlett to sell our home and it went as smooth as can be. He was in constant contact and letting us know what to expect at each phase. It was our first time selling a house so we went in being nervous but his calm, calculated and steady demeanor reassured us and took away any nerves we had. He is very knowledgeable with the Lincoln real estate and had his finger on the right listing price. His associate Jennifer Norton helped along the way and she is a pleasure to work with as well. Drew was again awesome in the process of selling our home. As part of his listing service, we had a professional designer help us stage our home, a professional photographer take amazing pictures of it (no phone pictures with bad lighting), and a true professional in the real estate industry marketing and handling the sale of our home! The sale of our home set a new high for the community we lived in. Also, the Covid-19 pandemic hit in the middle of our transaction and he was able to make sure our sale went through. OneNest Real Estate is the best of the best as far as I'm concerned.
