If you're in search of an agent with genuine expertise, competence, outstanding communication skills, and a sincere commitment to their clients' welfare, I strongly suggest exploring other options to avoid potential losses similar to ours. Having endured this two-month ordeal, I've realized why Duke persists in relying on cold calling for customers despite his 30 years of experience. I urge you to take my advice seriously and learn from my mistakes. I possess documented evidence, comprising emails and texts, that corroborates all the points mentioned above. I earnestly wish this were merely a fabrication, but regrettably, it's all too real, including the financial losses incurred, which is deeply disheartening. Duke has secured his commission after selling my house, and believe me, that is all he cares about. Duke can give your house away but lacks the knowledge to sell for a profit.

After 18 yrs living in the same house, we were planning on spending our golden years in Az. Imagine our surprise to learn my husband's work situation was taking us back home to Tx. We were going to have to get the house in top selling shape in little time. I knew exactly who I was going to call- Duke Padilla and his team went way above and beyond what we could have imagined. It was a nightmare having my husband in Tx searching for a new home and me here trying to paint, pack and get the house ready. Duke had his team ready to help in every way possible. There is no way I could have done all that was needed without their help. Duke and Sandy were able to handle every obstacle that came our way and they were very positive and kept the ball moving. We never would have been able to get top dollar without Duke's expertise all the way through the process. We are so thankful for Duke and Sandy's help, Thanks again guys!!

Duke is a class act. Nailed it on our listing and had a contract in a few days at our asking price. We also used Duke to buy. Found the right house in a time crunch and negotiated all the details with ease. Would highly recommend!
