Dylon Baker did an amazing job as my real estate agent. I will be the first to tell you my situation was a little wild since I was trying to buy a house in California while my wife was in Europe at the time. He worked with my schedule and hers so we could both see the houses together. Dylon and I would go see the houses while video calling my wife. I appreciated his honesty and transparently when we looked at houses. I still remember one of the first things he said to me about the real estate business. It is obviously important to sell houses but it is just as important if not more to develop a good relationship with your clients. I know for sure if I ever need any help with a future buy or sell, I will defiantly be using Dylon Baker again.

Prior to putting my house on the market I interviewed three of the top real estate agents (per Yelp reviews) in my area. I was immediately impressed by Dylon Baker: he was personable, knowledgeable, and professional; I got the impression that he wasn't just giving me the usual line of BS that most salesmen give -- rather, he seemed genuinely interested in me and my property. The advice he offered was sound; we agreed on the timetable of inspections, and the actions needed after each one; and he guided me carefully thru all the intricacies of a real estate sale. Dylon is as honest and genuine as it gets; you would do well to hire him to represent you in any real estate transaction. I highly recommend he & his team.
