We used Eddie Bailes as a buyer's realtor. Eddie helped us (living in Pennsylvania ) to successfully design MLS search parameters to find exactly the property we were looking for in the Wilmington, NC area. Eddie is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable of the Wilmington and surrounding area. He listens more than talks. when we arrived in Wilmington our time was productive. He found a property that was exactly what we wanted at a great price. We continue to use Eddie to represent us as we build our house. We highly recommend Eddie. Eddie Bailes is a great real estate agent. He knows the business inside and out so he facilitates the purchase or sale of property with Ease which takes a lot of stress away from the buyer/seller. He goes Way beyond the call of duty and is always there when you need help. He's a real asset to have on your side especially during negotiations. You can trust his judgment and to top it all off, he's a great guy. He was referred to me as an excellent agent for any buyer/seller.
