In December and January was looking for homes with Eddy near new Orleans and at the same time a different realtor in Grand Isle. I could see a huge difference between the two realtors. The Grand Isle realtor was being dishonest trying to disguise problems to make a sale. Eddy on the other hand was honest and was helping to point out problems he saw with the different properties. I would highly recommend him.

Mr.Eddy Deloney was very dedicated to service me and my family. He spend countless days helping me find the right property, then negotiating the right price. He took time with kindness, knowledge and care to help me achieve my goal buying a house!!!

Eddy was awesome to work with. I had to rely on Eddy to do a lot of extra work as I am located out of the country, and was not there for the process. There were a lot of issues that had to be attended to and Eddy was always there. If I had a question or needed an update, it didn't matter what time it was I always got an immediate response. He went over and above to get me the best price for the property. I put all my faith in Eddy and was not disappointed. I would suggest his services to anyone, I wish I had a couple more properties for him to list, I am confident he would he would get me the best possible price each and every time. An extreme pleasure to work with.

My husband and I couldn't have been more blessed when we lucked up and found Ed!! I'm from St. Louis and had been searching consistently for something to give me the comforts of my St. Louis home. I saw some properties on Trulia and selected the option to have someone contact me. As soon as I pressed send, Trulia contacted me!! Trulia had excellent customer service and once they realized I didn't have an agent, that's how I got Ed. He contacted me immediately, and sky was the limit!!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and we didn't just buy anything. We loved his honesty! It wasn't about a quick sell. It was truly about helping us and it was a wonderful experience! Ed makes you feel like you've known him for years! Ed is truly a pleasure to work with and we will be working with him in the near future! Thanks Ed!!!! WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME!!!!

Eddy helped us find a home while living 1300 miles away. He did the research and visited the properties, sent us a powerpoint presentation of the best properties and gave us his opinion. We were able to find our dream forever home in 1.5 days. Thanks to him, our relocation went very smoothly and we were able to get out of temporary housing in a timely manner. Thanks Eddy!!!
