Edna was our realtor for both finding a new, larger home locally and selling our current home. She and her staff were wonderful, showing us homes all over the county at all hours and on weekends because of our work schedule. Once our offer was accepted on the new house, she really worked on getting our home ready for an open house and had several above asking offers in less than a week. Edna is amazing! She goes above and beyond in her service to you. Extremely knowledgeable of the market, very quick to respond to your questions or concerns, flexible in showing homes (even when I added one last minute she got us in that day!), and just so kind and a joy to work with. Would highly recommend hiring Edna!

Edna listed our home and provided lots of input on preparing it to go on the market and how to price it. She outlined her plan for marketing, which included beautiful take home brochures and professional photos. The day after it went on the market, she held an open house that yielded 3 full price offers. We closed in 30 days! This was the easiest and least stressful home sale I’ve ever experienced. Edna is a pro, and we highly recommend her.
