We love Edward Renteria! We found the perfect home even amidst a pandemic. He is enthusiastic, reliable, and welcomes any and all questions. We had a lot of fun throughout the process which really says something a realtor. We highly recommend Edward Renteria and will definitely use him again in the future!

I had the wonderful experience of having Edward Renteria as my agent, after having a VERY stressful time looking for an apartment. He was a breath of fresh air to say the least. In a market where agents are either fresh out of college, unprofessional, shifty, or just plain don't care, he put them all to shame by being super attentive and understanding of our needs. They don't make too many like, so I stress that anyone who is looking for an agent to put their full faith in Edward Renteria Fears! I couldn't ask for a better professional and person to help me and family find a home. Thank you :-)

Edward has been my realtor for the last 3 years. So far he helped me with two purchases and hopefully more in the future. He has a lot of integrity and is very honest, professional, patient and approachable. His advanced knowledge in locations, types of homes, pricing, and answers to my endless questions that involved buying a home helped me out tremendously. I cannot recommend him enough to buy, sell or rent your property. You will not be disappointed by working with him.

Edward has been amazing in helping my wife and I smell and find a new place. Edward gets thing done and will be there every step of the way to finding a new home. Edward is promot on returning your calls with the correct information. Couldn’t of ask for a better realtor

Edward Renteria is the agent that you definitely want to have to support you during the process of buying or selling you home. He is more than agent he became a friend. This is my first time buying a home, and he went out his way to make sure my family and I understand every step the way during the purchasing process. He had a lot of experience, and his negotiation expertise help protects the buyer, and he made things easy and very transparent. Since he is doing this for a very long time his patience skills is out this world. He is extremely professional and I am very impressed. Additionally, he has an extensive network of reliable contacts that varies from home appraisers, contractors and much more that makes the entire process of buying or selling your home smooth.
