We met Ed and Bev Kalinka on the day of the open house. From the moment we met them, we observed a high level of honesty and integrity. Their genuineness and drive to help you is unmatched (we worked with a few agents in the past). Throughout the process, they maintained clear and open communication with all-time availability for us to call them with questions (sometimes repeated). They would painstakingly explain every single detail without ever rushing through it. The words "Above and beyond" also fall short of the experience we had with them. Even the smallest of worries we had with the house/condo was catered to - either via fixing it themselves or by co-ordinating with Sellers until everything was fixed and ready. My husband and I truly feel we hit jackpot when working with them. If you are looking for a buyer/seller agent who combines professionalism with sincerity and personal support Ed & Bev K are the one's to blindly trust. We are very grateful for their guidance and couldn’t be happier with our new home. (P.S. We also engaged their services later to rent out our old place.)

Ed and his wife Bev went out of their way to make our new home search and purchase easy and as stress-free as possible. They were always available to answer our hundreds of questions and to walk us through the entire process. We have used them twice and recommend them highly.

Edwin worked very hard on helping us renting out our property. He also helped our previous tenants move out very smooth. He and his wife are very decent real estate professional. They gave us some useful tips about the suggested renting price, how we should display our property and where to list the house, etc, which helped rent out our property soon. They also helped us interview the potential tenants and gave professional and experienced feed back to us. We were very rely on their suggestions and comments.

We bought a house in July 2023. After our offer was accepted, our initial real estate agent tragically passed away. Bev and Ed took over our case and quickly identified what was left to do. They honored the credit for a referral program that we had with our initial real estate agent, although they didn’t have to. We highly recommend them.
