Eileen did a great job taking care of everything for me. I wanted the house to sell quick with minimal effort and the buyer’s we’re negotiating weekly after their initial offer. Eileen was a big help being the buffer between me and the buyer so I could keep my involvement to a minimum.

Eileen is a very skilled and honest broker. She has shown me her expertise and knowledge in everything she's done. She's worked the Jacksonville area for a long time and really knows the ins and outs. Most of all I enjoy working with her and trust her. I highly recommend using her.

Eileen is the single most kind, considerate and PATIENT professional I know. While I never ended up purchasing a home due to a variety of reasons, Eileen worked tirelessly to find the home that would make me happy. Her concern was for my wellbeing as a person first and foremost in the entire process, not the business transaction. No matter when I phoned, she would make herself available for countless showings. I often told her that I was the worst client possible and any other realtor / broker would have fired me. Eileen stuck with me during the entire process and if and / or when I am ready to purchase again, she is the only person I would even consider to help.
