I had a phenomenal experience working with Elad. He provided significant value add in my home search over what I could've done by myself using just online resources. We are in the process of moving to Brookline, MA from another country. We started communicating with Elad about 6 months before our planned move. From the very first moment, we felt we were in very good hands: Elad listened to us, analyzed our needs, and figured out what kind of asset would be the best for us. Elad also gave us a lot of very useful information about the neighborhood, the education system and basically anything a young family would want to know before taking such a huge step. Approximately 3 months before our move, we saw some listings that we thought were good for us. Elad scheduled us video showings of those places which were very helpful. Following the video showings, we met Elad in the asset that we liked the most, and found it perfect for us. Communicating with Elad was easy, helpful, but most than anything, it was relaxing. Moving from another country is a very stressful step. Elad understood that from the very first moment, and made us realize we can fully trust him and calm down. Judging by the apartment we are going to live in and its area, we did the right choice in trusting him. We should also mention Mr. Walter Pawlowski, Elad's associate, who also assisted us in the process. Walter is very professional, kind and nice, and provided us with a perfect experience. We are lucky to have met Elad and Walter.
