We interviewed Preston Murphy, among others, when we were putting our condo up for sale. There was no question that we were going with Preston. First of all, he came very prepared with all the statistics and information that were available to him on our condo. He was extremely professional and organized, asking us questions that were pertinent for the sale. Then he answered every question and senario we put forth to him. Because we live 12 hours away and we rented out our condo, he and his team consciously worked around this. As soon as no renters were there, they started booking showings and sold it immediately. We would recommend Preston Murphy to anybody. He and his team are professional, thorough, keep you informed, always available and just a pleasure to work with.
