Jeff was representing us when we decided to sell our townhouse and buy a larger free-standing house in the Summerset at Frick neighborhood. This was a high wire act and Jeff was the right person for us. W have been living in the neighborhood for a number of years and knew how competitive it was, and Jeff as a local knows everything and everybody. We had many constraints to satisfy on the seller's side which translated into constraints towards the buyer's side for our town house. Jeff got us in as first person to see the house, we made an offer, and within a week sold our house, including a well-organized open house. Jeff knew how to do it and made our dream house happen for us. I am recommending Jeff to all my friends, and in particular to the ones who are interested in joining our neighborhood.

He did a great job advising us on how to get ready to put our house on the market and developing an effective marketing strategy to generate interest in our house.
