    I had a wonderful experience working with Liz! She was extremely knowledgeable about real estate, very responsive to questions, great follow up, very attentive, and really showed that she cared about her customers. She always took the initiative to accomplish tasks on time and dig into any issues that came up. She always had my back throughout the negotiation and closing process. She listened to my needs and proactively asked about properties that I might like, based on my criteria. She has a calming nature that puts you at ease and doesn't try to "sell" you on anything. She gave me a thoughtful closing gift as well, which was a nice touch. I would recommend Liz to anyone, without hesitation.

    Liz Todd was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the buying and selling process. Liz was diligent to complete all goals within the appropriate timeline scheduled. She was helpful with negotiating price for the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. I highly recommend her!
