We had to sell our house in Ashland while out of the area, not an easy thing to do. Elliot understood our anxiety and kept us informed of all the details and nuances of an out-of-area transaction. The entire process was flawless. We know there were hassles and bumps but Elliot handled them all with expertise and diplomacy. His honesty and respect benefited both us and the buyer. We recommend Elliot wholeheartedly to our friends and will be using him again for any future purchases.

In short, my experience with Elliot was outstanding! Elliot worked very hard for me in pursuit of my new house. Elliot demonstrated great communication. He made himself available when I needed him including 7 days a week and at strange hours. He responded quickly to both email and text messages. When working with the seller and mortgage company he was supportive and ensured that they followed through. I feel lucky to have selected Elliot as my agent. I give Elliot the highest recommendation and hope to have him as my agent when I purchase again in the future.

Elliot was very helpful, informative, honest and thorough from the beginning and throughout our process. We bought from out of state and he went through the house and neighborhood multiple times on face time so we could see everything. He went out of his way to answer any questions we had and we felt very comfortable with his analysis of all of the properties we viewed. We highly recommend Elliot!

Elliot is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. He understood what I was looking for and never tired showing me houses. He made sound recommendations during negotiations and I was able to purchase my home and stay within my budget. Elliot quickly responded to all my questions and phone calls. I would definitely recommend Elliot to anyone looking for an agent.

Elliot was really great with me, very honest and timely. This was my first time buying a home and was nervous about being pressured into something I didn't want. I loved that he provided feedback on properties I was interested in that was both positive and negative. He made the suggestion I look at the townhouse I went with a few times and was happy to even come look at the place at night with me. He knows the area well I do think had my best interest at heart in the entire process. I also ended up getting everything I asked for (kind of unheard of in this area)... so way to go Elliot ;)
