Emil was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of selling our condo in Portsmouth, NH. He guided us with continuous professionalism, kindness, and patience. Emil, also, provided us with many resources along the way such as painter, cleaner, etc. His knowledge of the area and Emil's experience and expertise allowed us to move through what could have a been a very stressful time, very smoothly. Emil has represented my family multiple times in the last 10 years and I would not use another broker. His knowledge of the market is excellent, his preparation is top notch, his communication is timely and consistent. He has a good working relationship with the hundreds of sales agents on the seacoast and for anyone buying or selling in a competitive market that is extremely important. Finally and in my eyes most importantly he is applies no pressure to get a deal done. He will educate his clients and then give them his honest opinion and then tell them that what ever they decide he will support.

I was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Emil again to help buy and sell in Portsmouth. We worked with Emil previously when we moved to New Hampshire, and we always knew we would work with him again if given the chance. Throughout the years, Emil has acted as a guide to the city, helping with recommendations and local contacts--I can't begin to count how many connections my family has made through him. His knowledge of the area and the home buying/selling process is second to none. He is kind, on top of everything, amazing with my family, and a person you want to have in your corner. During our home-buying process, Emil offered sound advice and I believe was an integral part in helping our contract get accepted. While we were under contract, he helped keep all the moving parts together, especially deadlines. He always answered communication promptly and got the necessary people involved if he didn't have the answer himself. He guided us through an intricate situation, and when it was needed, he got stuff done. The selling process with Emil was also outstanding. We discussed comparable properties to hone in on a listing price, he directed us through the showing process, and even put us in contact with a coworker in his office to help with staging. While showing our house, he communicated in a timely manner and offered insight into potential buyers--this was appreciated to help relieve any concern, especially given we were out of the state! We returned to Portsmouth with a competitive offer due in no small part to Emil's expertise. After we accepted the offer, Emil continued communicating with the buyer's agent and shared information with us as needed. This helped us focus on all the other details we needed to keep together during our move. Our buying/selling process was full of complexity, especially given we were doing both simultaneously. This didn't phase Emil, which is a mark of his knowledge and the hours he has undoubtedly put into mastering his craft--a true professional through and through. Now that we're completely moved in and settling, we can take a step back and evaluate our entire whirlwind process; it would not have been as smooth without Emil. Again, thank you so much from my whole family!
