I called Amber to come to my home to talk about listing it. She came by and very quickly toured the home, and stated she had already showed the home. She was very rude and I never heard back. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Amber has negotiated the purchase and sale of several properties for us. She is very efficient with getting things signed, sealed and delivered. Never Hesitates to meet up and will do whatever it takes to get the deal done.

If you don’t list a home with her that is over $200K, expect less than stellar performance. She does not communicate at all. We had to be the ones to push for a open house, additional pictures (unprofessional ones her mother took) and even suggested wording for discriptions. Everything was initiated by us. It was like we were not worth her effort or time. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Amber was great to work with. She was straight forward with us during the whole process and kept us updated whenever there was a showing, sharing potential buyer feedback. It was a good experience. We recommend her!

We had a great experience with Amber. She helped us sell our current home and purchase a new home. Both houses required complex and tedious negotiations - which she maneuvered masterfully. She helped manage our expectations and worked hard to make this a stress free process. She truly went above and beyond and we would recommend her to everyone.
