Erin did a phenomenal job on our very difficult property sale. She brought in lots of offers, held tons of open houses and stuck with us through some difficult negotiations. She understood where our limits were and helped us get our 100-year-old property into beautiful shape for showing without asking for us to fix everything. She focused on the priorities needed to get it sold and really supported us every minute throughout the 5 months of pre-MLS and during the MLS period. She is well-connected into the investor market and understands the subtleties there. She was a pleasure to work with throughout.
