Eraka was such a pleasure to work with! She assisted me for quite some time as I was a picky buyer, but she had the patience to put up with me which says a lot. She is very knowledgeable and helped me understand many things I didn’t know about the home buying process. She went above and beyond to help me seal the deal on the home I purchased and for that I can not thank her enough! She is such a nice and pleasant woman, an excellent realtor, and I’m proud to call her a friend, not just my realtor.

She was patient until I had all my ducks in a row. Guiding me through what needed to happen along the way. My final pick for my home was a house that hadn't even hit the market yet. She instructed me that I may want to go and take a look before it did go on the market. The next morning I put a bid in which was accepted. I appreciate everything she has done for me in my search. I would use her services again if needed and have already passed her name on to other friends of mine.
