10/10!! Selling with Eric Hatch. Eric was fantastic and effortless to work with. He made the whole process of selling our Grass Valley, Ca home so easy for us. He was always quick to answer any text or phone call I made and always made sure we were understanding of the next step. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Eric Hatch was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier. Selling my Grass Valley home was a first time experience for me. Eric is very knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions and concerns. Not once did I feel like I was asking a silly question. Eric is a honest professional showing nothing but integrity. Very recently I purchased a home in an unfamiliar community, Grass Valley, California having move from elsewhere. Eric Hatch was and is my realtor. I am 81 years old, not nearly as quick as I once was and I also quickly realized that purchasing a home in 2024 has become a lot more complex than in 2000, the last time I did so. Initially I was understandably extremely anxious and overwhelmed but rapidly and progressively I relaxed because it immediately was clear that Eric Hatch ( who I had never met before) knew exactly what he was doing and had my interests only in mind. Because of my anxiety I was constantly calling or texting him and despite how busy he was, he usually responded immediately (and very patiently) or very soon thereafter. Eric Hatch is obviously very experienced and expert in what he is doing and at the same time is still highly energetic and enthusiastic in taking care of his clients. He was and continues to be there for me and responds immediately to my new home owner queries even after the sale has been complete.
