Eric was amazing. He facilitated a sell for far more than we were asking and he really took measures to help us feel listened to. He worked to negotiate the best price on our home as well as the best path for anything that needed attention throughout the sales process. His help has lifted a very large burden off our chests and I would highly recommend him for any one considering buying or seeking a home.

John was great. He answered all of our questions day or night and was able to help us navigate this ridiculous market. He was able to get us a house in our dream neighborhood that we never thought we had a chance at. Beyond that he sold our house for 70 over asking price and was able to avoid a bidding war on the purchase of the new home.

Having worked with Eric previously through community efforts and events, I knew how much he genuinely cares about his clients, but when my wife and I decided to go with Eric to sell our existing home and find our new "dream home," I could never have expected the top-notch service we received from him and his team. Even though we have a jovial and friendly relationship, Eric was always professional when it came to the home selling and buying process, putting our wants and needs ahead of any commission he'd receive. At one point he even told us we didn't have to pay him if we didn't want to (we did, of course). His knowledge of not only the "face value" parts of the real estate industry, but also the many other aspects and minutia associated with buying and selling a home is next to none. If Eric can handle mine and my wife's crazy pestering, incessant questions, and manic freakouts at all hours of the day, then he can easily handle the average home buyer or seller's requests. I can't recommend Eric highly enough, as 5 stars simply don't do justice to the amount of work he'll put in for his clients.

We can't thank Eric enough for truly making a miracle happen in this Denver market. He is the perfect buyer's agent -- incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, responsive, understanding and persistent. He made us feel comfortable taking the time in selecting a home (we went through about 5-6 home visits before landing on our dream home), and we so appreciated his candor. He wasn't trying to "sell" us for the sake of making a commission; he truly cared that we were buying a good house that was within our means and was able to articulate pros/cons of each home. He's very knowledgeable on house construction, so he would point out areas of possible concern, neighborhood information, forecasts and much more. Even though we were introduced through a mutual friend, he treated us as I would imagine he treats his close friends and family, following up with us every step up the way (including after closing on the sale). In addition, the seller's agent that he had to work with on our sale was very difficult, barring on the edge of unethical practices, and he worked with that agent with grace, patience and bluff calling (take or walk away), and he got through each hurdle that came up through the buying process with impressive finesse that blew us away. There were quite a few times where we thought the deal would fall through due to the seller and seller's agents multiple hurdles/roadblocks, but he innovated by executing creative solutions that satiated both parties (well, satiated us more!) but, most importantly, he got us our dream home at a below-ask sale price (which is pretty incredible in today's market), was able to succeed in getting the seller to fix most all inspection objection items, and he had great wisdom in discerning where we had room to push and negotiate, which ended up surpassing all of our expectations. As first-time single home buyers, we heavily relied on his guidance and mentorship throughout the process, and he made it as least stressful as possible for us, taking on the burden of the stress himself and finding solutions that benefitted us. I would and will highly recommend Eric to anyone/everyone looking to buy or sell a house in the greater Denver area.

John Fenton is a great communicator, his response is immediate, he is very professional and he instinctively knows when you need assistance. When you are selling your home not everyone knows the value of their home. John explains what the comps are in your area and gives you a spot on estimate of what you can expect. He also points out with a few upgrades and touchups the return on your dollars can make a difference.
