Eric help me find my new home. He did a great job, I was informed through the entire process. Any questions I had, he was able to answer. Most of all, he didn’t try to pressure me into buying a house that I wasn’t 100% comfortable with. Would recommend Eric to home buyers.

Eric was great! Always available, quick to reply to any question and openly honest. There was absolutely no pressure when visiting homes- in fact we went to a few fixer uppers that he told us not to buy because he could tell they were not right for us. He really does believe in his clients best interest. I have and will always recommend Eric!

We can't say enough about Eric. He is thoughtful, smart, knowledgeable and knows his business as well as our needs. We had about given up on looking for a home when he located the one we ultimately purchased. It was a tad out of our comfort zone and he didn't apply any pressure. But, he encouraged us to look closely at our current finances and put the right kind of thought into our decision and not base it purely on the payment. He helped us sell our existing home for more than we thought it should list for and we got 10k more for taking his advice. In addition, we ended up in our new home for less than we thought we could pay. He knew the market trends and exactly how the timing would benefit us. We couldn't be happier and this couldn't have been possible with a realtor of less experience. Thanks Eric, we recommend you to everyone.
