I very much enjoyed working with Eric and would recommend him to others. He was responsive as well as informative. I feel like he went above and beyond. We felt like although we were just a small land purchase he put in the effort and time we needed as if we were a larger customer buying property or real estate.

Eric found two perfect properties for us to buy and a few years later sold the two properties for a handsome profit. Eric is great to work with. He very knowledgeable in his market area and makes a sincere effort to accommodate his customer's needs.

I have both bought a home and sold a home with Eric Vaughn and the experiences could not have been better. He is an expert in the Lincoln County home market so it wouldn't have made sense for me to work with anyone else. In addition, he is just a genuinely friendly and decent person. If I buy property in Lincoln County in the future, of course I would want him to assist me again.

Eric did an outstanding job as our Realtor! He returned my calls and e-mails within the same day (sometimes within minutes!). When walking through homes, he pointed out potential issues and assets for me to consider in my purchase decision. Excellent knowledge of the area.
