Erica is the best real estate agent we have worked with in 30 years of buying and selling homes. She's knowledgeable, personable and kept us well informed throughout the process. We were selling a double wide mobile home and Erica handled the listing and sale like it was a million dollar property! We had an offer within a day and it was pending within a week! She treated the sale of our property as if it were her own and always looked out for our best interest. Her associate Tara took great pictures of the home, which enhanced the sell of the property. Erica and Tara are professional, articulate women that know how to sell real estate! Even after our home sold, they gave us an awesome Thank you gift box! This was a first for us. Some real estate agents will give a thank you gift for buying a home from them, however we've never received a gift from an agent for selling a home. Start to finish, the most pleasant, positive experience we've ever had selling a home - one we will never forget. Our Thanks to Erica & Tara, a winning team!

Once she realized we were not interested in RunningY type homes she pushed us off to a less experienced agent, who got the job done but did not have the knowledge we expected.

Working with Erica and Tara to purchase a home in Klamath Falls was an outstanding experience. Their knowledge of the area is both extensive and intimate. They were responsive, communicative, and proactively informative through every stage of the purchase ... And when I say “every stage”, I’m talking about 7 months of searching and touring and negotiating, including several failed offers along the way. Mostly on weekends because of my schedule. In the middle of a pandemic. We rejected counter-offers flat out. We bailed on one contract due to other unexpected life circumstances. When we finally did get to inspections we demanded a ton of them. In short, I think we were some pretty PITA buyers. Through it all, Erica and Tara were indefatigable advocates for us — tireless, energetic, and enthusiastic. For their combination of expertise, fortitude, and optimism, I cannot recommend them more highly!
