Erica did a fantastic job being patient with my wife and I when it came to finding a home on island. Was able to get us into a home below asking and the process was extremely simple. I always recommend her when people are in need of an agent on island. Will also be soliciting her services when it comes time to sell.

10/10. I cannot recommend Erica and her team enough. A true one stop shop. Went above and beyond for my wife and I. She was patient, not pushy and treated us as family. As a first time home buyer I couldn’t be more thankful then to have picked her. I promise you’re selling yourself short by working with any other agent.

Erica is amazing when I bought my condo she listened to what I was looking for and did not waste time trying to upswell me and found my perfect home on the first day When I went to sell she had my unit under contract the first day. She really knows the business and the market better than anyone I know and is always looking out for her client
