Erica was with us every step of the way throughout our 3 month home buying experience during the pandemic. She and her team never let us down, and eventually we did it! We got a perfect house. She is A-1 in our book with her attentiveness to our needs and her vast knowledge of the area. Thank you for everything and not giving up on us.

My husband is a full-time firefighter and I am full-time in the air National Guard to say that our schedules are complicated would be an understatement. Another understatement would be to say that Erica was flexible or accommodating because they’re just not strong enough words to describe how much hard work and dedication she put in to not only finding us the house of our dreams but also selling the home that we lived in for 10 years. I would not only recommend Erica to my mother or coworker but to any stranger off the street it doesn’t matter who you are whatever you need she’ll find a way to make it work and she’ll make it look effortless!

Erica was fantastic to work with throughout the home buying experience, really helped make it easy. She provided very good communication through multiple means (SMS/email/phone) and was able to work around our schedule as much as possible. She made herself available for house showings and throughout the closing meetings such as inspections. During the final title document signing she offered to be available to help answer questions which was much appreciated. Home buying can be stressful, but it definitely makes it easier having someone with you who has done it many times.

Erica did an absolute amazing job getting our new house! She was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the entire process, and was able to explain key aspects of home buying in plain, simple terms that were easy to understand. She also wasn't afraid to be honest with us, being very upfront with both pros and cons with each house we looked at. Erica was also instrumental in helping us get our house in a very timely manner, connecting us with a local business that were both expeditious and helpful. Erica even went as far as to meet with an engineer at the house late at night in order to get last-minute items taken care of so that we could close on time! I've only rarely worked with someone that has so much dedication, expertise, and congeniality! If you're thinking of buying a home, call Erica immediately!

My Husband and I have had Erica’s help twice now once to sell our house and now just recently to purchase a house. Erica found us a house that I know we will enjoy for quite some time because she truly listens and knows exactly what you like want and need, she is always there for you when you need her to answer any questions you may have or to help you find the answer. We have learned a lot more about the buying process from Erica she is professional and very knowledgeable about real estate and we would recommend her to everyone and will be contacting her in the future for further endeavors if we ever need her help.
