We met Erika because we wanted to see a property where she was the seller's agent. A buyer's agent wasn't available that afternoon, so Erika offered to show us the home. Although we passed on that property, Erika continued to reach out with other homes she thought we may like. Other realtors were difficult to get in touch with, but Erika was always available and willing to help us. We will definitely ask Erika to help us buy/sell our next home.

Erika is a very knowledgeable realtor. She guided me through each step of my selling process and made it very seamless. I purchased a home before but this was my first sale and I was not nervous about it at all because Erika told me what to expect and when to expect it. She also has her own team of repair specialists under her belt so have no fear, Erika has the solution for anything that may come up during the transaction process. There was a period of time where I was afraid the sale wouldn’t happen due to an issue we encountered, and in that moment, Erika became more than my realtor, she was a friend. She gave me good advice from an understanding place that gave me the strength to believe that God will make everything work out in my favor, and he did. When it came to pricing my home, Erika told me to go with my gut when it because only I know what my home is truly worth to me and what upgrades I did to make it a home for someone else. That made me feel at ease and allowed me to make a sound decision that I could live with and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Erika!! You Are AMAZING!

Erika did an outstanding job in helping me to find a home and settle in a small window of time. Her responsiveness and honest feedback really supported me in relieving any anxiety or worry during the process. And talk about a celebration at the end, she captured photos and excerpts of the experience creating more memories for me!!!!

Erika did an amazing job helping me find a home . She answered every email call and text , answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable about the home buying process. It was a great experience working with Erika
