Michael found the right house for us on just our second day of touring houses. He listened well, knew exactly what we wanted in a house and got a showing for us immediately when he found "the" house. His relationship with the builder was pivotal when negotiating because he was able to get us more money to cover our closing costs. He anticipated issues we could have had with financing and had back up plans in case plan A didn't work for financing the house. Because he's been in the business a while he has a network of lenders that he works with and who knows how to close a loan. He has a great sense of humor and was very easy to work with. You won't go wrong with Michael!
