We are so thankful we had Melissa to help us find our first home! Melissa was knowledgeable about the Denver housing market, neighborhoods, and knew answers to all our questions. Bryan was an amazing realtor he worked around our hours and was available anytime we needed. Really knowledgeable about the area. We would of never found our dream house without him. We not only considered him our realtor but our friend.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Bryan is an incredibly hard working individual that is genuinely interested in finding you a home that is perfect for you. He goes out of his way to get to know your personal style, taste, and home buying objectives to ensure that you're seeing the best the market has to offer. Once you have found a dream home, he goes to work to make sure that everything is taken care of on your behalf - including during late nights, weekends, and his (I would bet very few and precious) vacations. Bryan is also extremely easy to get along with (this coming from an introvert) and genuinely made the process of first-time home buying, dare I say, a fun process. If I ever decide to sell my house, Bryan will be my first call.

Bryan was a breeze to work with when buying our first home. He was not only able to help us look in specific areas but also to advise on different neighborhoods we had never thought of (and eventually purchased in). He made sure he was with us every step of the way and explained things that a new homeowner like myself would probably never catch. In such a crazy Denver market Bryan was quick to respond when we found houses we wanted to view and made sure to work around our schedules. I will definitely go back to Bryan when it is time to buy or sell a home.

Bryan helped me when I needed the most! He worked very hard on finding me a new home in a short time frame. I just accepted an offer to work in Denver and I wanted a home within a month. He worked with me finding the perfect home and was on my side when negotiating started. He made sure I had a great deal with what I was working with.
