Ernie came highly recommended by a coworker, and I have to say I was not disappointed! Ernie is very knowledgeable about the home buying process as well as the area. Ernie takes time to listen to your wants/needs for a home, and searches diligently to find something to meet your criteria. He is honest and forthcoming, and most importantly he is fair in his approach as a negotiator.

Ernie's knowlege of New Bern real estate is second to none. He has a great ability to listen to clients and find exactly what they need. He found a home for us, which we purchased and renovated, and which he later listed and sold for us in less than 2 months.
