Erv is one of the best! He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and always ready to work. He has bent over backwards to help us thru the buying process and even after closing he has helped us. I can’t say enough good things about this agent!

Working with Erv was in every way a positive experience! At our very first meeting he gave sound advice concerning how to prepare the property for sale- advice that saved hours of time, expenses, and headaches. Perhaps that which I appreciated most throughout the listing and sales process was the constant communication and updates he provided. If I had not known otherwise, I'd have thought I was Erv's only client! In the future, when I need the help of a real estate agent, Erv is the only one I'll be calling.

We found Erv Bordner because we saw a house we wanted to see and he responded very quickly. Erv actually got us in the house to see it on a sunday! Erv was very personable and cared about what we wanted. Erv was not pushy, nor was he trying to get us to buy something we didnt feel comfortable with. When we found the house we really wanted, we went ahead with all paperwork. When the bank we were going through declined our loan even though we were told we would get it, Erv took it a step further. Instead of just giving up and saying lets see what we CAN get approved for, he went and found someone who would give us a loan that we need. Erv is a very personable, compassionate, and hardworking realtor who will go beyond his job requirements to help his clients. Because of Erv, we are in the house we fell in love with and he still keeps in touch with us til this day. If you want a realtor who will work hard and do whatever he can to make sure you are happy, then ERV BORDNER is the one. I would highly recommend him to family and friends who are looking for a house because I know they will not be disappointed in there choice. I am further blessed and I will be using him if we choose to sell and buy another house that we decide we want. Thank You!
