finding a home in a pandemic was incredibly stressful, competitive and frustrating to even have a bid that could compete. Esty was outstanding in understanding the current marketplace even with it being as volatile as it was (2020/2021), with 10-15 bids or more on a home going $25k-$75k above listing price. He was honest and transparent with expectations in such a marketplace, knew how to write up an offer in a way to increase the odds of having my offer standout, and pushed for appropriate and even additional repair addendums (which many people are bypassing currently) to be paid on the sellers behalf. Esty is a well spoken and prompt individual and knows exactly what to look for in a house and can see past clutter or other cosmetic eye sores that many individuals can't. He will find you a gem of a home. I highly recommend him.

Esty helped me close down my first property. As a first-time owner, I needed someone with local knowledge, reliable, and effective. I’m glad we found Esty. He is a great communicator and was easy to work with. He made this stressful process a lot smoother. We are pleased with the outcome and our experience working with Esty.

I worked with Esty to sell my house in Beaverton, Oregon. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Esty is a great communicator and was easy to work with from start to finish. He is very experienced with the Portland metro area market and knew exactly how to advertise the house to get the most out of my property. I was nervous about selling my house from across the country but he always kept me up to date and handled everything for a smooth sale. I will surely work with him again and would highly recommend!

Buying my first home, I went through a different realtor initially which went terribly wrong. I found Esty and I must say he made all of this easy and enjoyable. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the locations I wanted to find my home in and he more than delivered. I hope to get another home in the near future and you can bet I will be going through him again.

Esty was a great resource for my family and I during the home buying process. We worked with Esty a little over 6 months before finding our ideal home. He did a wonderful job in explaining to us the process, potential humps and how to best deal with the repairs. We saved $12k in closing costs, had significant work done to the crawlspace, and even negotiated a NICE rent back check for 2 weeks with which we were able to use for a new deck. Overall, great experience. Esty will prepare you for all of the potential ways a real estate deal can go. He will be my families go to realtor, I recommend using him on your next sale and purchase!
