Not once, not twice, but three times have we had the benefit of Ethan James supporting us through exciting transitions and transactions. From 2017 to 2023 - the experience has been consistently amazing, and the expertise, trust, transparency, and partnership have not wavered! Ethan is not only local to Beaufort (so he understands the community and market like no other!), but he is responsive, ethical, trustworthy, and a constant advocate - even past the closing. Highly highly recommend Ethan whether you are buying or selling in Beaufort.

Ethan is the best! I bought my first house in Celadon when he was working there and it was a seamless experience. Because my family grew and I needed a bigger house. He was the first one we called. Again, a seamless experience on buying the new house.

Ethan impressed me greatly throughout the entire selling process. We listed our home with him, after having it listed with another agent for over a year so I can easily compare the two experiences and say that Ethan made selling our home easier. He had the resources available to help with the things we needed to get done, and coordinated with them seamlessly to keep me from having to juggle so much from far away. Additionally, he responded quickly to emails and phone messages, giving me confidence that potential buyers would be able to get in to see my home quickly. Especially during contract negotiations, I was glad he was working for us. Things were tense during that process, but he remained calm, collected, and rational. When things were stressful, he stayed positive and made it clear that he planned to find a solution to any problem that came along. This is the third home I have sold. In the past I was under the impression that the real estate agent put the house on the MLS system and then everyone waited. Ethan certainly showed me differently. He was continually proactive - very persistent with obtaining feedback from showings, regularly reevaluating strategies and making suggestions. In the end, I believe he sold my house for the highest price/square foot in my neighborhood in the previous 8 months.

From the very beginning, Ethan James displayed a caring can do attitude regarding the selling our home. After talking to other realtors, it was his confidence that persuaded us to select him as our agent on one of the biggest decisions we've ever made. Throughout the process, Ethan's diligence, professionalism and experience was the fabric that held us together, when at times, we wanted to call it quits. Furthermore, we were always ensured that he worked for us and that the ball was in our court when making final decisions regardless the outcome. However, it was his professionalism and experience that always led us to making the right decision. Finally, selecting Ethan as our realtor was the best decision we made on selling our home. We're recommending him to everyone we know that is in the market of buying or selling a home.

Professional, personable, and very helpful in finding us a home. He was able to show us multiple homes and communicate via cross country. Would recommend to any new home buyers.
